Recipe Preview

This week we're cooking up a favorite pressure cooker tofu recipe (with Indian spices!), a hearty lentil soup, and a fresh spring pasta with artichokes and ricotta. A vegetarian favorite on the site, we're also featuring a protein-packed whole grain bowl and a new spin on tacos we bet you've never tried! For prep on the weekend, it's all about cold brew coffee. And for dessert, a brilliant way to use up bit of nuts, seeds and dried fruit in an addictive (and easy to make) chocolate treat. 

Note: One of the recipes in this meal plan relies on a pressure cooker like an Instant Pot.
