Baking Steel Mini Griddle
The Baking Steel Mini Griddle has all the dual-sided functionality of Baking Steel's full-size Griddle, just in a smaller (and lighter!) package.
Weighing 13 lbs and measuring 11.5-inches square and 3/8-inches thick, the Mini Griddle is great as a stovetop griddle, induction plate, and even as a cold plate after it's been frozen. Cook with it on top of your gas, induction or electric stovetops, grill, or in the oven.
Have a Breville Smart Oven or other toaster oven? The smaller Mini Griddle fits in there, too!
Every Baking Steel Mini Griddle comes with Use and Care instructions and a booklet with recipes and How-Tos.

You should oil the smooth side of the Mini Griddle regularly. To do this, add a quarter size drop of oil onto the smooth side of the Mini Griddle, wipe it across the surface, and turn your burners on medium. Once the surface of the Mini Griddle has absorbed the oil and dried, you can turn off your burners. Watch the step-by-step tutorial here.
After its first use, you will notice discoloration on the surface of your Baking Steel Mini Griddle. This is normal. You can scratch the Mini Griddle but you can't damage it. The more you use the Baking Steel Mini Griddle, the more it will it darken and develop spots. Over time, the surface will become a uniform dark grey, almost black color.
